Baton Rouge APA advances 10 to Vegas in 2024!!!

It was a great weekend for Baton Rouge APA at the Fall 23 Singles Regionals held at Emerald's Billiards in New Iberia, LA.

In all, Baton Rouge APA notched 10 qualifiers who will represent our area at the APA Poolplayers Championships in Las Vegas in May of 2024.

Congratulations to Angela Winfree, Katie Jarreau, Shamar Lewis, Anthony Bamugo, Raylan Sims, Nathan Wyatt, Blake Bosarge, Luke Sanders, and Kevin Frazier (doubling up to snatch a spot in both 8 and 9 ball)!

It was a great weekend of pool with many competitive matches! Thanks again to Acadiana APA League Operators Preston and Lisa Granger for working long hours to put on another successful event.

Local singles board qualifiers will be starting up again soon as there is one more chance (March of 2024) to qualify for next year's singles championships! The regional qualification window closes Nov. 30th!

Team Certification forms and Greens fees due date

Tomorrow is the due date for both the World Qualifier certification forms as well as the greens fees for those teams qualified.We are still missing items from several teams....On Monday we will post the "tardy list" and publicly shame all those who are unable to get this simple task complete. Then I will start the process of having to track you down and look at you disapprovingly.But seriously, pl
