World Pool Championships Begin!

The World Pool Championships from the Westgate Resort in Las Vegas begin tonight with the 8-ball teams taking center stage.

We have four teams participating with Just Like That (Trickshots Sports Bar) and Kushion Killers (Kenny's Cue Club) starting it off at 9:30 p.m. Vegas Time (11:30 central). Tomorrow morning our other two teams, The Fortune Cookies (Tipsy Tiger) and Cue the Shenanigans (Kenny's Cue Club) start their WPC experience.

In all we have 14 teams representing Baton Rouge APA with three 9-ball teams, three Team Captains teams, two masters teams and one ladies and one jack and jill scotch doubles joining our four 8-ball teams.

Team Certification forms and Greens fees due date

Tomorrow is the due date for both the World Qualifier certification forms as well as the greens fees for those teams qualified.We are still missing items from several teams....On Monday we will post the "tardy list" and publicly shame all those who are unable to get this simple task complete.
