End of session notes....

Some reminders as we head on down the last few weeks of the summer session.

The new session begins the week of July 25th. Please mark your teams registration status on the bottom of your weekly scoresheets so your team can secure it's spot at it's current home location and we can begin the scheduling process.

Make up matches... if your team has an outstanding make up match it needs to be completed prior to the final two weeks of the session unless previously scheduled through me. All matches must be completed prior to the last week's scoresheets being released so team standings are current. Matches not scheduled or completed prior to the final two weeks will be forfeited and teams charged accordingly.

We will go digital next session as previously discussed. If you have not yet begun to test out the Scorekeeper App you should do so ASAP to ensure a smooth transition. We will not be bringing out weekly scoresheets to each host location. Teams will need to utilize the scorekeeper app or print their own scoresheets though their member services account and then text a clear, full frame picture of the scoresheets to me following the match. (App is so much easier). Each location will be provided blank scoresheets for both 8 and 9 ball to keep on hand should issues with app/internet etc. arise. Weekly payments can be made through either cash app or venmo. Those who make one payment for the session via check should contact me to let me know. Patches will still go out weekly as needed. The Baton Rouge APA MVP Throwdown is July 15-16 at Kenny's Cue Club. Keep an eye out for registration information coming next week.

The Summer Session Tri Cups will be held September 10-11th at Kenny's Cue Club. 

We have 136 singles qualifiers headed to singles regionals this coming October. We exceeded our previous high mark by nearly 50 thanks to you and the efforts of Leroy Simmons and others who helped to run boards. Great job.
