8-Ball Scotch Doubles Straight to Vegas!

We have been awarded a second 8-Ball Scotch Doubles Straight to Vegas slot from the APA national office. We will run a tournament, Saturday, Feb. 29 at Bayou Billiards. Check in time is 11 a.m., Start at noon. Entry fee is $100 per team, Modified single-elimination, Max combined skill level of 10. Players must be active Baton Rouge APA members on a current 8 ball team and with a minimum of 20 scores in the 8 ball format within the last two years. Games must win chart will be used. One timeout per team, per rack. Winning team earns travel assistance and spot in the APA national event at the Westgate in April.

Team Certification forms and Greens fees due date

Tomorrow is the due date for both the World Qualifier certification forms as well as the greens fees for those teams qualified.We are still missing items from several teams....On Monday we will post the "tardy list" and publicly shame all those who are unable to get this simple task complete.
