MVP TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY

1st and 2nd place MVP players are qualified to play (1st, 2nd, 3rd place for 9-Ball Tier 7/8/9). Qualified MVP players must be on an active team (8-Ball, 9-Ball or 8-Ball Ladies) in the CPA Toronto/Peel region and players must have 20 matches played in the last 2 years (exceptions only for skill level 7 in 8-Ball and 9 in 9-Ball) in the participating format by the date of the MVP Tournament, all players below must register online for the MVP Tournament (FREE ENTRY), and must play at their highest skill level & tier from when they qualified to current (1 week prior).

8-Ball Starts at 10am sharp
9-Ball Starts at 2pm

ONLINE REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Go to www.cpapool.ca/mvp and register.
Deadline to register/defer is the Thursday prior to the MVP Tournament by 9pm.
All qualified players (including Invited & Deferred) must register online.

Winners will receive a trophy, CPA T-shirt, and a chance to advance to the Singles Regional in March 2026 (provided there is a minimum of 4 participants per tier). Winners must stay active in the CPA Toronto/Peel region until the Singles Regional to keep their eligibility, and may not register for any upcoming Singles Board in the format they qualified for.

If you tied for 1st place and would like to see how the tie breaker is determined, please scroll to the bottom of the MVP section in Member Services and select "More information on the MVP Program".

If you qualify for 8-Ball and 9-Ball and you’re still playing 8-Ball when 9-Ball is ready to start, you will be invited to the next MVP Tournament.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

If you registered and cannot make it, please inform your League Operator, Julie Rambali, ASAP by text at 416-409-9783 prior to the start of the tournament. This way, your opponent is NOT waiting on you. Thank you for the courtesy.
