Having recently returned from our APA Convention in Las Vegas, we have some exciting news to share with you (if you're on Facebook, you probably already know) ~

We were chosen by APA as League Operators of the Year! We've earned the nomination each year, having previously won it our Rookie Year. However, we missed the Awards Banquet that year as we were attending our youngest daughter's college graduation. This was our first win which we were here in person to accept (and yes, we were completely shocked!). We didn't have a speech planned, instead we just spoke from the heart (aka "just wing it").

But this isn't solely "our award"... this award belongs to our DuPage APA Community, to all of our players, to our Host Locations, and to anyone who has supported us throughout the years. This is YOUR AWARD as well, for without you, we wouldn't have a league. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to each and every one of you for being a part of our DuPage APA Family.

In addition, we won several other awards, including having the strongest 8-Ball Singles Program within our market size (for the second year in a row)! I specifically mention this one to THANK our Division Reps for their support in running Singles Qualifiers. In doing so, we've had 20-25 players win Regionals each year and advance to the Championships in Las Vegas. Our DR's truly rock! Give them a high five the next time you see them!
