Captains & Players:
With our pool league growing every day, we’re making changes to keep up and serve you better. We’ve updated our process for handling requests to ensure they are handled promptly. To make sure nothing slips through the cracks, we need your help to keep things running smoothly.
We are asking all captains and players to send requests to The Valley APA line 520-564-4553. This line is monitored by multiple team members and places your text into a queue—so nothing gets missed. The types of requests include Roster Changes, Scoresheet/Match Corrections, Team Balance Inquiries, Email/Account Changes, etc. Click here for detailed instructions to submit your requests click the link: Contact & Request Process
Roster changes (add/remove players) must be made in the in the scorekeeper app during weeks 1-4. After week 4 please follow the process above. For instructions on how to make changes click link below:

🚨The League Office can only make the following roster changes: Captain/Co-Captain Change, Team Name Change & Removing a Singles Qualified Player. For these requests, text 520-564-4553. 🛑Include your full team #, team name and changes needed, MUST include full 8 digit player #'s.

During league night, captains and players should be reaching out to their Division Representative for guidance and any questions. If you have a rules question, we ask that you use the following resources before reaching out to your Division Rep, League Office or League Operators.

In-House Team Packet Divisions: Electronic Payment (EFT) and Cash is accepted -At no time should the team packet leave the premises of the Host Location without League Operator approval.
Travel and Paperless Divisions: Electronic Payments Only EFT Options:

When using EFT option, teams are required to put the full team number in the memo line. Ex: if Div. 16 team 11 full team # is: 1611 - Do not include any other information.
For all divisions, match fees are due as follows: Cash: Due the same day/night of play EFT’s: Due no later than the following day by 5pm
