The Fall Session is right around the corner. This week, the playoff teams are battling it out for a spot to the Summer Cash Tri-Annual’s! We wish you all good luck. For those not playing in playoffs this week, you have the week off.

The new session will start next week, the week of July 21st. We just wanted to provide you with some details and resources for the new session.

Please read the following information about playing next session, whether you are a team returning, a new team or a player needing to get placed on a team, please read the information and instructions for registering below.

For all players/teams returning:

We are currently working on the division schedules, rosters, etc. with the updated changes. Due to many last-minute team additions, player movement, etc., the division schedules/rosters might not be released until the day of play and possibly even hours before the start of matches. Instead of releasing multiple updates, this helps to avoid confusion as we work through these last-minute changes. We ask all players to plan to arrive for your match as scheduled, even if there is not a scheduled match in the app.

CAPTAINS: Once the scoresheets have been released in the scorekeeper app, we will no longer accept roster changes. Instead, you will be able to make roster changes (add/delete players) in the SCOREKEEPER APP. For instructions, click here: Edit Team Roster Instructions

Unfortunately, due to the massive undertaking of getting a new session started, any individual text messages sent to 480-490-0450 that is addressed in this post will not be responded to. Players already on a team need to direct all questions to your captain.

Registration for the Fall Session

Do not delay registration, some divisions have a waiting list for spots. If we do not have a response from existing teams, we will assume your team is NOT returning and the spot will be filled.

Teams returning should have registered for the new session through the scorekeeper app. prior to the end of the session. If you did not register your team, the captain has been sent a text message confirming registration.
