As we wrap up the current session and league year, begin the new Summer Session, along with preparations for the Poolplayers Championship in Vegas, we are receiving an extremely high volume of calls and text messages. As a result, this has caused significant delays in our ability to respond in a timely manner. While we’re doing our best to manage the incoming messages and monitor for urgent issues, we are struggling to keep up with the incoming volume.

If you’ve sent a text or called over the past few days, please make sure the information you are requesting is not available in the app, bylaws, rulebook, or the resource help page. You may also try reaching out to your division rep at league night for assistance. Please review the links below.

If you've gone through the resources and still need assistance, please send your questions or requests via text to 520-564-4553 (we've opened the inbound channel to receive messages to our bulk text #). This will place your request in a formal queue, helping us track and respond more efficiently to your text/call while avoiding the risk of your message being overlooked.

Additonally, during this busy time, we request that you send all new inquiries to this number while we work through the current volume (520-564-4553). This won’t replace contacting us at 480-480-0450, but for now, it helps us manage and track messages more effectively during this high-volume period.
