The 2025 Fall Session will be kicking off over the next 2 weeks, starting this coming Monday. A few of the divisions are still completeing playoff matches this coming week. You may notice that the end of the fall session may look a bit different. We are shifting the schedule back over the next couple of sessions to better accomodate many different thinigs, incluyding a more flexible tri cup schedule as well as trying to avoid the overlapping of the two Vegas events and playoffs.

As stated at the beginning of the Summer session, we are transitioning to the scorekeeper app. We will still be delivering standard team envelopes and scoresheets for the first several weeks of the new session. Continue to utilize these envelopes for your weekly fees as well as the the patch forms and any completed scoresheets. After we are fully on the app, the team envelope will change up a bit. As we transition, we will place a folder with blank scoresheets at each host location in case there is an issue with the app on league night. I will send out more detailed information in the coming weeks as to how the new team envelopes will be utilized. So, for the upcoming Fall Session, you may score on the app and submit at the end of the evening. We will be fully on the app by the end of the Fall Session. Visit the APA youtube page and search score keeper app for all the pertinent videos on how the app works. If for some reason the app isnt working, please uninstall and reinstall. This willl usually fix any glitches, especially if you havent used the app in a while.

Captains... please make sure each player on your team has access to both the APA Member Services AND the Score Keeper Apps. This will ensure that everyone can assist in keeping score and recieves the same information. If a player cannot access the app, verify that their email is what we have in the system for them.
