Teams must consist of FOUR original members, up to 4 players may be from other teams as long as they are active in the format!

Entry is based on your teams Fall Session Performance:

👉1st Place teams may register for this event for FREE, entry for all other teams is $150
👉The top 3 finishers of each division are the only teams guaranteed entry to this qualifier. These teams have until Feb 16th to claim their guaranteed spot.
👉Any left over spots will go to teams in the order they register.

One 8Ball team and one 9Ball team will win 3 PAID hotel rooms at the awe inspiring Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino the nights of their event and PAID entry into the APA Northeast Challenge. This is a $2500 value!

The Northeast Challenge is an exciting longstanding APA regional event with over 100 tables, vendors, competitive mini-manias and fun events like “I beat the Diamond Rep.” Northeast Challenge 2026 takes place July 12th- July 17th. See the link below for dates of each event and more information.

Doors will be at 11am
Play starts at Noon.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

This will be a double elimination toledo style tournament. Each round teams will pick 5 players (SL Cap 23), put them in order of skill level from low to high. Players will go head to head in this order. One rack each, for 1 point per rack. Once the first rotation is done, teams put up another 5 player roster to be played again from lowest to highest. First team to 5 points wins. No time outs or coaching. All other regular APA rules will apply. Bracket are capped at 16 teams.

All participants must stay active in the 2026 Summer session with a minimum of 20 matches played in the last 2 years by in the format they’re participating in.

Winning 8 Ball & 9 Ball teams may have up to 2 common players.
