Teams must consist of FOUR original members, up to 4 players may be from other teams as long as they are active in the format.

Win your way to the 2026 Montreal Invitational (April 2-6) a budding regional tournament held in the Centre Sheraton Hotel in Montreal, Quebec by our friends in the Canadian Poolplayers Association. The Invitational will host 40 8ball and 40 9ball teams with first place prize estimated at $5750! Plus a 2nd Chance Toledo Style tournament for the first 8 teams out with 1st place taking $800. Get your solo game on in with Mini-Mania tournaments happening through the duration of the event.

Sept 20th- 8Ball - Doors at 11am, Starts at Noon
Sept 21st- 9Ball - Doors at 11am, Starts at Noon

Entry to our qualifier will be based on your team’s Summer session performance:

Division 1st Place in Points - FREE & guaranteed entry
2nd-3rd Place in Points- $150
Entry & guaranteed entry All other teams- $150 Entry, slots only if available

If we have to cap the bracket, teams slots will be given to 1-3rd place first then general teams in the order they registered.

The qualifying tournament will be Toledo style. Each round teams will pick 5 players (SL Cap 23), put them in order of skill level from low to high. Players will go head to head in this order. One rack each, for 1 point per rack. Once the first rotation is done, teams put up another 5 player roster to be played highest to lowest. No time outs or coaching. All other regular APA rules will apply.

All participants must stay active in the 2026 Spring session with a minimum of 20 matches played in the last 2 years in the format they’re participating in.

8 Ball & 9 Ball teams may have up to 2 common players.
