An updated login page and authentication process was released today, Tuesday, November 9. In the deployment of this release we have encountered unexpected hurdles, so the release has taken longer than expected. Most players should be able to log in at this time but may experience oddities such as having to click login twice. We expect to resolve all issues shortly.

This release introduces a new login system that’s easier to use and more secure. It’s a really big release that touches every app APA offers. All of our apps now share a common app/website where users log in. No matter which application you use, the login functionality is identical for every one of them.

Login once

Once you log in to an application, you will remain logged in to that application, on that device, and in that browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.) until you decide to log out or change your password. It’s that simple. No more having to log in every time you return to the app!

Authorize multiple applications

Let’s say you log into Member Services (MS) on your computer and then you want to register for a tournament on your League’s Website (LW). When you click the Login link on the LW, we will remember that you’re already logged into MS so we will ask you if you‘d like to authorize LW as the same user. When you say yes, you’re logged into LW without having to re-enter your credentials.

Apps

New Scorekeeper and Member Services Apps will be available with the new login updates within a day or two after the release. In the meantime, current apps will continue to work.
