 Masters Division Starts Soon - Friday, January 23.  Registration Now Open!   

The new session for the Northern Nevada Masters Division begins January 23rd and runs through the end of April.  Registration is now open!  Think you've got game?  This is your chance to play with the best players in Northern Nevada.  Skill levels 5's, 6's, and 7's are especially encouraged to participate! 

Everyone is welcome.  You don't have to play on a regular APA team in order to participate in Masters.  NO HANDICAPS.  Skill levels DO NOT apply.  

 Masters Division Details:
* No handicaps.   Put together your best team! 
* 4-person rosters.  3 play per night. 
*US Amateur rules and format. 
*Race to 7. 
* Eight games of 9-Ball & five games of 8-Ball.
*Lag winner has choice of game format or break; the entire set of that format must be completed before playing the other format. 
*Play takes place Fridays at 7pm. 
*$10/week per player.
*To sign up, call 775-443-8844 or respond to this email.  To sign up, you simply need to tell us who is on your roster, which Reno/Sparks or Carson City bar you want to play out of, and what your team name will be. It's that simple!

Changes to MVP Program

Effective with the Spring (January – April) 2026 session, we will be implementing changes/enhancements to our current Northern NV APA MVP Program. These changes to the MVP Program do NOT impact players who qualified for MVP this fall 2025 session (end of December). Those players will in fact still be invited to participate in a March 2026 MVP tournament. Again, these changes go into effect in the
Registration for 9-Ball Doubles Tournament is Now Open

Registration for the February 7th 9-Ball Doubles Tournament is now open. This is a scotch doubles tournament.  Winning team goes to Vegas from April 26-27 to represent Northern Nevada in the APA 9-Ball Doubles Championship. Teams at our local event are made up of two active 9-Ball players.  Yes, both players must be on an active 9-Ball roster.  In addition, both players must have 20 9-Ball matches
