2026 PORTIA ROWLAND MEMORIAL LADIES 8-BALL TEAM VEGAS QUALIFIER

─ Maximum of 5 female players allowed on roster. (Must be listed as female on official ID)

─ Players must be on a current Spring 2026 Midwest Illinois APA 8-ball roster

─ Teams may choose any 3 of the 5 team members to participate in each match

─ Format Double Elimination / One time out per player per game / 3 point scoring system

─ Players may only participate on one team

─ The total of the skill levels of the 3 players fielded in any match cannot exceed 13

─ Sudden Death will be implemented 2-hours-and-30-minutes into a match. Each team must be in the 3rd individual match by the 2-hours-and-30-minute mark or a single rack is worth 2 points. If that match mathematically wins the game, the match will be over. If not, there will be a second rack worth 1 point. Therefore, all 3 points will be available each match.

Note: During Ladies Sudden Death, the individual match winner will be who wins the two-point rack

─ Players must have at least twenty (20) 8-ball League match scores within the two year period between February 23, 2024 and February 23, 2026

─ $250 entry fee per team

─ 2ndPlace team receives $250 prize money with the remainder of all entry fees going to the 1st Place winners to help cover travel expenses to Las Vegas to play in the 2026 APA Ladies 8-Ball Championships

April 27 – 30, 2026(minimum $500 per person guaranteed per player for travel expenses)

The winning team will attend the Ladies 8-Ball Championships in Las Vegas Monday, April 27 - Thursday, April 30, 2026

When and Where: February 7 & 8, 2026 Saturday & Sunday – At 5th Street Billiards in Dupo. Sign-up and pay from 9 AM – 10 AM. Board draw at 10 AM with play immediately following
