Suggestion: Instead of arguing about a rule, calmly look it up in the OTM (Official Team Manual otherwise known as the rule book). Pages 53 and 54 state every ball-in-hand foul. If it is not listed in the FOULS section as being a foul, then IT. IS. NOT. A. FOUL.
