Our local players/teams can purchase patches directly through our website www.apapool.com or through the links below.

Rather than players receiving their first (FREE) 8-On-The-Break, 8-Ball Break & Run, 9-On-The-Snap, and 9-Ball Break & Run patch once a year, we will now send them their first (FREE) patch (in each of the four categories) EVERY SESSION upon request. You can request your first free patch in each of the categories as you earn them by sending us a request in the comment section of the app before submitting your scores. Any additional patches that a player earns may be purchased online at our APA Patch store on our website www.apapool.com for $1.50 each.

We mail out individual patches directly to the player’s home address, so please go online to Member Services and make sure your mailing address is up-to-date.

Again, when you make your first 8-On-The-Break, 8-Ball Break & Run, 9-On-The-Break, or a 9-Ball Break & Run of the session, please send a message to our office via the COMMENT section of the Scorekeeper app before submitting your match. Please be sure to include the players name and the type of patch that they earned and would like to be sent to them. Remember, your first patch (in each of the four categories) is now FREE each and every session. If you earn additional patches, you may purchase them online at the APA Patch store for ($1.50 per patch).

A Mini-Slam is earned by obtaining an On The Break/Snap and a Break & Run in the same match/night. The Grand Slam patch is earned by earning an 8-On The Break/Snap, an 8-Ball Break & Run, a 9-On The Break/Snap, and a 9-Ball Break & Run all in one session. The Grand Slam patch is given out by our office for free at the end of each session to those players that earn it.
