Friendly Reminder regarding Roster Changes

Captains and players, please plan ahead when requesting roster changes! The notice required depends on where we are in the session:

• Weeks 1–4: Make your own changes through Scorekeeper.
• Weeks 5–8: Contact the office at least 2 hours before league time. No approval is necessary.
• After Week 8: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for review and approval. We may be able to accommodate a same-day request, but this is not guaranteed. Please plan ahead and wait for office approval before having the player participate.
• Final two weeks: No roster changes.

After Week 8, please do not request a change the same day expecting that player to play that night. An hour or two before league does not give us the required time to review the request.

We understand last-minute situations happen. Our office also handles unexpected issues, so advance notice helps us give each request the attention it needs. Please plan ahead and, when approval is required, wait for confirmation before having the player participate.
