Hey! Ready to play at the Westgate in the 2023 8-Ball Southwest Challenge!?

ENTRY FORM 

CERT FORM - (REQUIRED FOR SWC REGISTRATION)

This form can be filled out and dropped in the drop box with payment. If you submit a form without entry fees, your entry dues are due by the 24th of February in order to secure your spot.

Additional Details

  • Three-person teams with a combined Skill Level Limit of 14; only one SL 6 or 7 per team; male 2s allowed.
  • Players must have a minimum of ten 8-ball or ten 9-ball scores and must be on a 2023 Spring 8- or 9-ball roster.
  • This is a modified single-elimination tournament (guaranteed 2 chances to play), and each team match is a race to 2 individual APA 8-Ball matches.
  • Players must stay in the same rotating shooting order submitted. The 1st match is played by the 1st player listed on the roster, and the 2nd match by the 2nd player. If the team wins 2-0, the 3rd player will play first in the next round, followed by the 1st player on the roster.
  • Only one time-out per rack, regardless of Skill Level
  • Site Registration: Thu, Mar 23rd, 6 pm to midnight; Fri 8 am

Players Meeting Fri 8:30 am; Round 1 on Fri at 9 am

  • Pre-registration is required by the February 24, 2023 entry deadline. Additional fees will apply for roster changes, cancellations, and late entries.
  • Team combined SL must be at or below 14 on February 24th. Players whose SLs increase after this date will be allowed to participate; however, they will be required to certify and play at the higher SL.
  • Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Submit your shooting order and entry to hold your slot.
  • Open tables throughout the event!
  • Mini-tournaments all weekend, starting Thursday evening!
