Jul 2nd Update: The bracket for tomorrow has been posted online!  Click here for the Google Drive folder containing it.https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Yxf9fHjzqFxbBKjL4op2uYeOAJA3JmrL?usp=share_link9AM Doors Open (official)9:30AM Players Meeting and Tournament Start In order to finish as quickly as possible, we will be starting all matches that are ready to play at once.  That means everyone in Match Numbers 1-16 that have a BYE actually have a match at 9:30AM, too!  The only people that don't have a 9:30AM match are Match Numbers 17, 21, and 25... you 3 should be ready to play by 10:30AM.  Play will be continuous, as soon as one match finishes and as soon as we have a table and an opponent we will be starting the next match.  Depending on how the tournament is going we may set a "Be back by..." time for quarterfinals, but as of now plan to keep it continuous. In tournaments like this there might be some downtime, I recommend bringing some reading material, games, or avid interest in socializing, watching matches or bar TV to keep yourself entertained.  We will only have practice tables sometimes during the day, and not all day long. I look forward to seeing everybody!  Let's have some fun!

Finals Matches, each event, should start around 10PM. Disclaimer: There is always a chance of schedule unpredictability. I think it's a small chance of 8BD or 3-Player Finalists needing to come back the next day to compete, and I think 9BD should be fine.

Singles Minis are primarily planned for about 3PM on Friday and Saturday and will run into the evening. Thursday Minis will be contingent on table availability, right now it looks like a few 4-person minis around 6PM on Thursday. Registration for minis will be on-site.  

3-Person Team Second Chance Tournament will now be FREE and AUTOMATIC for teams eliminated from the main event without receiving a payout and should finish around the same time as the main tournament. This tournament is intended to be just for fun so that teams with shall we say "less fortunate luck" in the main tournament can still keep playing a few more matches and have a shot at another prize. There are trophies for the winners, so bring your best!  

Without affecting the schedule much there is room for a handful of additional teams (to fill BYEs) if there are any late signups still interested in joining.

Update Jun 19th: Washington State Invitational MOVED; Announcement

Major Announcement: This event is going to be awesome! However, based on the number of registered teams at this time, it does not make sense to use the casino’s event space for this tournament. We do, however, have quite a lot of participants and I want to create the best tournament experience that we can have, so here’s what’s happening:

• The event will be moved from Muckleshoot Casino to nearby 15th Street Grill in Auburn, WA
• Payouts will increase. All Greens Fees (and Admin Fees) will be converted to Entry Fees and added to the payouts. The overall price will remain the same.
• The schedule will be adjusted slightly to accommodate fitting in the new space, but will more or less be the same. Minis will be most affected. Quarterfinal matches will be planned for next day.
• Due to these event changes, I am extending the full refund cancellation period through Jun 27th.

I am very grateful and extend my sincere gratitude to Muckleshoot Casino and Bad Boys for their support. I realize this location change might be inconvenient for some, which is why I am extending the full refund period. However, I am extremely confident this is the best choice for all of the players involved, the event will be very fun, and I am really looking forward to it!

Rotating players low-to-high SL, alternating racks of 8-Ball and 9-Ball. Teams are allowed to have one player go up one SL before the tournament and still play together. If the team goes up twice they have to make a substitution.
