We are only accepting 16 teams - REGISTER NOW (see below)!  Oct. 15th is the final day to register!

TEAM FORMATION - 3 to 5 Players per Team

The total of the skill levels of the 3 players fielded in any team match cannot exceed 15.

A player's highest skill level between formats (8-Ball & 9-Ball) must be used towards the 15-rule.  EXCEPTION: SL's 8/9's will count a 7's in this tournament.

Players must be on a current Illiana APA roster in either 8-Ball or 9-Ball.

Players must have at least 10 scored matches within the last two years with Illiana APA.
