Illiana APA's next session starts the week of JAN. 12 for ALL Divisions!

Mandatory Captain Meetings are held at the start of each session to inform captains about League enhancements, rule clarifications, and general League information. The meetings are held one hour before regular league play.   Players are welcome to attend, as well.

.

We are splitting up the Captain Meetings as outlined below:

  • INDIANA Divisions - your meetings will be in WEEK 1 (Jan. 12-17)
  • ILLINOIS Divisions - your meetings will be in WEEK 2 (Jan. 20, 21 & 23)

If you are a Captain of two or more teams, you only need to attend ONE Captain Meeting!

CAPTAINS....IMPORTANT.....We need EACH CAPTAIN to attend a meeting.  If you cannot make the one scheduled for your league night, please attend any of the other Captain Meetings listed in the link above.  THE CAPTAIN MUST attend one of these meetings in order for the team to receive bonus points!

Please note: Since the Captain Meetings usually last one hour, Regular League play will start 30 minutes later than the normal schedule on those particular days.

8-Ball teams receive 15 Bonus Points for attending the meeting.

9-Ball teams receive 100 Bonus Points for attending the meeting.

The Session 2 MVP Tournament is Sat. Feb. 1st for 8-Ball and Sat. Feb. 8th for 9-Ball.  The MVP Tournament for both formats will be held at Griffith Billiards in Griffith, Indiana.  It is a DOUBLE Elimination tournament! . As of Dec. 1, you can now pay your 2025 APA MEMBERSHIP via the Pool League App. However, your 2025 membership doesn't need to be paid until you play your first Illiana APA match next session (which starts Jan. 12, 2025). .
