APA Members,

OK....again, Annual (meaning we have this discussion every single spring session) memberships are due in the SPRING session. That means.....

WHICHEVER COMES FIRST... Memberships must be paid when someone plays their first match of the session OR by week 4, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST (OTM Pg. 23). This is not my rule, it's a national rule. If the APP shows you owing a membership - YOU OWE IT

The only way you do not owe it is if you joined at the end of October through the end of November, 2024. In that case, the office will make the adjustment on Monday when we complete the year end process.

ANY UNPAID player on Jan. 3, will be dropped from the roster. Don't tell me you didn't know. The information has been posted for weeks. Spring session means I can not add them back. There are no roster changes after week 4.

If you joined prior to Aug 16, 2024, you owe a full membership for 2025 ($30.00). If you joined after August 16, 2024, you owe a prorated amount ($15.00).

If you have someone on your team that doesn't have electronic payment or can't pay through the app, Please contact the office for alternate methods of payment (336)542-6866.
