We are running TWO 8-Ball Christmas SCOTCH DOUBLES Tournaments on Saturday, Dec. 28 @ Griffith Billiards.

This is our 12th Annual Christmas Scotch Doubles Tournament.

100% payout of entry fees (paying out top 25% of the field).

We will provide FREE food and fun!  The food provided is for tournament players only!

Open to ALL Illiana APA active players on an 8-Ball or 9-Ball roster (however, you must have a skill level based on at least 10 APA matches scored in the last 2 years in either format).

If you are only on a 9-Ball team this session, give the League Office a call/text and we will figure out your 8-Ball handicap (708-745-8244).

Both tournaments are modified single elimination.

TOURNEY #1 is combined skill level limit up to 8.

  • Starts at noon
  • Early Registration is $30/team if you text Johnny on or before Dec. 26
  • Late Registration is $40/team if you text Johnny AFTER Dec. 26

Tourney #2 is combined skill limit 9 through 12

  • Starts at 2:00pm
  • Early Registration is $50/team if you text Johnny on or before Dec. 26
  • Late Registration is $60/team if you text Johnny AFTER Dec. 26

HOW TO REGISTER

To register, text Johnny @ 708-745-8244 on or by Dec. 26 to receive the Early Registration entry fee.

If you text Johnny AFTER Dec. 26, you will pay the Late Registration entry fee.

Be sure to include in your text:

  • Your name and 8-Ball skill level
  • Your partner's name and 8-Ball skill level
  • Indicate if your signing up for the "Christmas Tournament #1" or "Christmas Tournament #2"

BRING YOUR ENTRY FEE TO THE TOURNAMENT!

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your start time.  Griffith Billiards will open at 11am on Dec. 28.

Illiana APA will be running a 2025 9-Ball Scotch Doubles Vegas Qualifier Tournament on Dec. 14, 2024 at 1:00pm. The winning team will advance to the APA 9-Ball Doubles Championships in Vegas at the end of April 2025 (exact date TBA). .
