Any modifications to the captain, co-captain, or team name must originate from a currently listed Captain or Co-Captain. We are not making any exception to this rule anymore.

Please provide the following information:

Your team name
The name of any player to be dropped
The name of the new captain or co-captain

If you are a player wishing to be removed from the roster, kindly inform your team captain before reaching out to the office.Thank you in advance!
