📌 Update #1: Membership Payments

We are no longer accepting cash for memberships.
Membership fees go directly to the National Office and must be paid through:
• Your APA App
• join.poolplayers.com 

📌 Update #2: Team Dues – Electronic Payment Now Available

Electronic payments are officially live!
We are still accepting cash for team dues for the next few weeks to give everyone time to transition.

📌 Update #3: Patches

Nothing changes here.
Weekly envelopes will continue to be used for:
• Patch requests
• Patch distribution
• Cash payments during the transition

📌 Update #4: Cue & Shisha Teams – New Greens Fee Option

You now have two choices:

Pay the entire greens fee at Week 4, or Pay the greens fee weekly
If you choose weekly:
Whoever arrives first and picks up the balls from the bar will need to pay cash and collect from teammates.

💬 A Note for Captains

As we roll into electronic payments, teams have flexibility in how they handle weekly dues. Some teams pick a treasurer; others keep it casual—do whatever works best for your group.

Here are a few tips that can help things run smoothly:

• Offer players one or two easy payment options (PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, cash, etc.)
• Cash is still fine during the transition period
• To avoid pay-link fees, try to collect payments before your match is processed
• Once we process your match, the in-app payment option disappears
• Pay-link fees are $5 on $50 or $3 on $30
• Patch requests + any cash go in the envelope as usual
