🎱 Need to Reschedule a Match? Here's what the bylaws say:

Life happens—we get it. If your team needs to pre-play or reschedule, follow these steps to keep things smooth and fair:

✅ Get approval from the League Office in writing first.
📅 Work with the other Team Captain to pick a new date. They must work with you if you’ve got a Championship-level conflict.
🕒 All make-up matches must be played within 1 week of the original date (or 4 if a monthly schedule)
🚫 Miss that window? It’s a double forfeit.
💵 Team dues are still due by the original match date—or you risk losing bonus points.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Once a makeup is set and reported, neither team can back out unless both agree.
🙅‍♀️ You can’t declare players early for makeups—they’re fair game until the makeup date.
⏱️ Teams don’t have to accept a reschedule request made less than 24 hours in advance.

💡 Captain Tip: Be flexible, give two options, and don't delay regular matches for makeups. You're allowed no more than 2 makeups open at a time.
