NEW PLAYERS

If you have a player who has never played in the APA before, they will need to go to join.poolplayers.com to create an account.

Once a player number is created in our area (322) you can add them through Scorekeeper.

If a player is not able to join online, they can fill out a paper membership application and pay their $30 before they play their first match. We will create an account for them and message them their member number.

EXISTING PLAYERS

If you have a player with a member number who doesn't have the app, they can follow these easy steps:

1. Download "Pool League" and "Scorekeeper" from their app store

2. Click this link to Claim their account and set a password - they will need their 8 digit member number starting with 322 to do this. If you don't know it, text us with their full name and we will send it to you https://bit.ly/322ClaimAcct 

3. Check their email - they will have two, open the email with subject line ACTION REQUIRED and click on the link to verify you email 

4. Log into the app using your email and password to log in!

TROUBLESHOOTING

- If a message come up when claiming your account alerting your to contact the league office, it means we have your name wrong or are missing an email and/or date of birth. The fastest way to update this is to text us the information, we will update it and send you back and alert to try again. When all else fails, call us at 904-528-7657 between noon and 5 pm so we can walk you through it.

- If you forgot your password - click here and it will email your password to you. This is not a rest link, it's your actual password and will be in your email for future reference if you ever forget again. https://join.poolplayers.com/ForgotPassword.aspx 

- The email is instant, if you do not get an email (please check your spam) we may have and old one on file. To correct this simply text us your current email so we can update it in our system.
