· Free roster moves allowed the first 4 weeks. If a team has unusual circumstances, captain will need to contact the league office for approval after week 4.

· New members need to pay their 2025 Annual Membership Dues. Membership dues can be paid on-line at join.poolplayers.com or included with their match dues on the first night they are added to the roster.

· To be eligible to participate in ANY post season play, players MUST play 4 matches during the regular session and 7 for the MVP tournaments.

· Team Captains – please review scoresheets to ensure they are fully completed (innings totaled, defenses marked, etc.) and all weekly dues paid. Bonus points will be at risk.

· Remember – we are here to have a great time! Good sportsmanship is highly encouraged.

o DO NOT speak during your opponents shot.

o Remember the Golden Rule! Speak to others how you would like to be spoken to. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it.

o Please do shake hands at end of match, congratulate on a good game.

o Be mindful of your shot times and putting players up for matches. There are time guidelines in the Official Team Manual.
