This weekend we will be hosting our annual Doubles Championships. There are 4 tournaments going on over the weekend. 2 for teams that competed in doubles league throughout the year and 2 open to all APA members that are currently active in the format of the tournament and have had 20 scores in that format over the last 2 years. The league doubles tournament will be at Players Billiard Club on Saturday, March 9th starting at 10AM. Doors will open at 9. The following teams are qualified for the tournament.

The 8-Ball doubles open tournament for Vegas will be at Poolies on Saturday, March 9th starting at Noon. Doors will open at 11. Teams are comprised of 2 players with a max handicap of 10 and an entry fee of $20 per team ($10 each). All entry fee $$ will be 100% payback to the top teams in the tournament with first place getting an entry into the 8-Ball Doubles Championships in Vegas in May. Players must be on an active 8-Ball team and each have to have 20 8-Ball matches scored within the last 2 years. If you look in your app, under lifetime stats there is a line that says "Matches played in the last 2 years" so you can confirm that you are eligible. Anyone who competes in the tournament who is not currently active or does not have 20 matches played will forfeit their prizes so please check to make sure you are eligible before signing up. Players who won 9-Ball Singles Regionals and are going to Vegas in May are not eligible to play in 8-Ball doubles as the events overlap.

The 9-Ball doubles open tournament for Vegas will be at Poolies on Sunday, March 10th starting at Noon. Doors will open at 11.
