I will keep this short and sweet. After 24 years of service to the communities of Beaver and Lawrence Counties for the American Poolplayers Association, I (Corey Mason) have made the difficult decision to sell my area of the APA. Outside factors in my life have led me to need to step away from my current position. I have enjoyed my time serving you all and look forward to seeing how you all thrive with your new league operator. I simply ask that you all continue to treat each other with kindness and fairness.

My (Corey Mason) work number, mailing address, and email are no longer a valid way to contact your local office or mail paperwork as of 03/30/26.

Walt & Charity Buckenheimer have purchased the area and will be your new league operators. Walt & Charity’s business phone number is 878-264-0018. Their email is apaleague64@outlook.com. The new mailing address is 4028 4th Ave. Beaver Falls, Pa. 15010. Walt & Charity’s address is already on your return envelopes starting this week, so as long as you mail them as you are supposed to mail the return envelope, you should have no issue.

No player can bring their paperwork to Bessemer, Pa. and have their envelope put into PO Box 745, as it is no longer in service as of 03/30/26. Any mail taken to the Bessemer Post Office after 03/30/26 will simply get mailed to Walt’s address from that post office with the postmark of the date you took it to Bessemer.

It is possible that the business name will change, as the APA Main Office has told Walt that he might not be able to use my business name. Teams should consider making checks out to Walt Buckenheimer (not Playin Pool) to avoid past due issues until Walt makes a name change for the business.
